Zhao Qi, first MBA of Beijing University of Technology, Doctor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law. China's PPP policy and practice experts with 8-year PPP project demonstration, project financing, project construction and project management practice.
He is currently vice chairman of the board of directors of the SuShang Group, chief expert of the Pacific PPP Research Institute, director and chief expert of the PPP research center of the SuShang Group. He also serves as Beijing Institute of Technology MBA enterprise mentor, interviewer, visiting professor, MBA enterprise mentor, interviewer of China University of Geosciences, PPP policy consultant of several local governments and enterprise groups.
