On January 4, 2025, the 16th Young Scholars Symposium of the School of Management was held in Lecture Hall 240 of the main building of Zhongguancun Campus. This seminar was officially launched in November 2024. The young teachers of the School participated in the seminar by subject and completed the academic report. After 5 subject group reviews, a total of 11 young teachers stood out and entered the final report. More than 100 teachers, postdocs and graduate students have participated in this seminar.
The evaluation experts put forward specific improvement suggestions for various studies from the aspects of the novelty of the research topic, the rigor of the theoretical discussion, the scientific nature of.
the research method and the application of the research results, and at the same time guide the comprehensive quality of young scholars such as academic level and expression ability. The forum finally selected 2 special prize, 4 first prize and 5 second prize.
