Xibaipo is located in the middle of Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. It was once the seat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The Party Central Committee and Chairman Mao commanded the three major battles of Liaoshen, Huaihai and Pingjin, which shocked China and foreign countries, and held the 7th central plenary meeting with great historical significance. The plenary session and the national land conference liberated the whole of China, so it has the reputation of "new China coming from here" and "China's fate is set in this village". The Xibaipo spirit that still has great significance to the present day.
