The series of activities for the 43rd anniversary of the School are divided into three parts: the alumni openhouse, online blessing and campus run.
1. Alumni openhouse
On the afternoon of September 23rd, the alumni return commemoration meeting of the 43rd anniversary was held in 240 and 241 of the main building of Zhongguancun Campus. Dean Professor Wang Zhaohua, Party Secretary YanZhijun, Assistant Dean Wu ShuiLong, Professor Han Botang, Professor Li Jinlin, Professor Kong Zhaojun, Professor He Haiyan, Professor Xia Enjun, Professor Li Huiyun, Associate Professor Zhang Xiaosu, Associate Professor Liu Ling, Associate Professor Li Jing and teach reprsentatives attended the meeting. Over two hundred alumni offline and a thousand of alumni online celebrated the school’s 43-year birthday together. The event is hosted by Peng Mingxue, Deputy Secretary and Vice Dean of the School of Management and Economics.
2. Online blessing
To celebrate the 83rd anniversary of the founding of Beijing Institute of Technology and the 43rd anniversary of the founding of the School of Management and Economics, at the invitation of the School, teachers and alumni across the world recorded a video to send birthday blessings.
3. Campus run
The Alumni Office and the Running Club(BenYuePaoTuan) jointly launched a campus run to celebrate the 83rd anniversary of the Alma mater and the 43rd anniversary of the School. This activity is held online and offline, attracting more than 200 alumni from all over the world to participate in, creating a good atmosphere of "one family".
So far, the series of activities marking the 43rd anniversary of the establishment of the School of Management and Economics is a complete success.
