Beijing Institute of Technology National Defense Mobilization Center, affiliated to the "985 Project" Phase II National Defense Technology Management and National Defense Mobilization Philosophy and Social Science Innovation Base, is a research institute specialized in national defense mobilization, development of national defense mobilization potential based on big data, integration of emergency and combat. The Center contains a specialized laboratory: Laboratory of National Economic Mobilization and Information Management Laboratory.
The management-oriented research program established by the Center has become a strong research program in the field of national economic mobilization. The proposed "agile mobilization" theory is called the current mainstream mobilization theory; The research results of the “mobilization alliance” obtained were applied to the compilation of the “13th Five Plan for National Economy Mobilization”; First to carry out research on national economy mobilization logistics in China; The proposed "national economic mobilization chain" and "integration mobilization" theory have been highly valued by the National Economic Mobilization Office; First advocated Standardization and standardization of the national economic mobilization plan in China
At the same time, the center actively carries out research work on various types of national defense mobilization projects, and deeply integrated into practical work such as planning, preparation, potential investigation, and construction of mobilization center. In recent years, the center has compiled national economic mobilization development plans for more than 20 provinces and cities.
