          朱斌


          朱斌,江蘇南京人. 東南大學(xué)博士,清華大學(xué)博士后,新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者. 現(xiàn)就職于偉德國(guó)際1946bv官網(wǎng)、偉德國(guó)際1946bv官網(wǎng)長(zhǎng)三角研究院(嘉興),長(zhǎng)聘副教授,特別研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師. 現(xiàn)擔(dān)任北理工長(zhǎng)三院數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新研究中心嘉興負(fù)責(zé)人、之江科技智庫(kù)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與智能決策基地主任、嘉興市數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任、北理工長(zhǎng)三院數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)治理實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任、嘉興市科教文衛(wèi)智庫(kù)專(zhuān)家、嘉興市科協(xié)代表等.

          研究興趣為智能決策、大數(shù)據(jù)與人工智能、神經(jīng)管理學(xué)等. 以一作/通訊作者在FMS A類(lèi)、中科院大類(lèi)TOP類(lèi)等期刊發(fā)表論文20余篇,谷歌學(xué)術(shù)論文被引3900余次. 入選2022、2023全球前2%頂尖科學(xué)家、中國(guó)科協(xié)優(yōu)秀中外青年交流計(jì)劃,獲得江蘇省優(yōu)秀博士論文、中國(guó)精品科技期刊頂尖學(xué)術(shù)論文獎(jiǎng). 擔(dān)任30余種國(guó)際主流刊物審稿人,作為負(fù)責(zé)人主持國(guó)家自科、國(guó)家社科等國(guó)家級(jí)課題3項(xiàng),獲省部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和重要批示5項(xiàng).

          課題組依托之江科技智庫(kù)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與智能決策基地(省部級(jí))、嘉興市數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室(A類(lèi))等高能級(jí)科創(chuàng)平臺(tái),擁有千萬(wàn)級(jí)算力資源和地市級(jí)海量城市數(shù)據(jù),以解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題為導(dǎo)向,以智能決策技術(shù)為核心,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)、基層社會(huì)治理、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)治理、數(shù)字健康、數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)等場(chǎng)景開(kāi)展理論與應(yīng)用研究。
