          鄧英欣

          鄧英欣,偉德國際1946bv官網(wǎng)組織與人力資源管理系助理教授、特別副研究員,在北京大學獲得工業(yè)與組織心理學博士學位。從事組織管理相關研究,研究方向包括新員工社會化、主動性、職場人際互動、領導行為與團隊管理、職業(yè)發(fā)展培訓與干預等。擔任職業(yè)管理學國際權威期刊 Journal of Vocational Behavior 編委,中國應用社會心理學專業(yè)委員會委員。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目,參與國家社會科學基金重點項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目等課題,相關研究成果發(fā)表在 Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology 等管理學國際頂級和權威期刊。
