主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
陳振嬌，女，副教授，碩士生導(dǎo)師，任教于偉德國(guó)際1946bv官網(wǎng)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院；畢業(yè)于香港城市大學(xué)商學(xué)院，管理學(xué)博士。主要研究方向?yàn)榻M織行為、知識(shí)管理、社會(huì)商務(wù)。近年來在Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Journal of Social Psychology, Journal of IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management，Systems Research and Behavioral Science 等國(guó)際期刊或會(huì)議上發(fā)表32篇學(xué)術(shù)論文；其中11篇由SSCI/EI 檢索，主持2項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金課題，參與多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金課題及香港科研資助委員會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性研究基金課題（CERG）。
內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介：
Task conflict is unavoidable, and cooperation is widely adopted to manage task conflict within work teams. Prior studies demonstrated that the effects of cooperative response to task conflict on team performance can be positive or none. To explain the inconsistent effects, based on cooperation and competition theory, this study explores how and when cooperative response to task conflict increases team performance. Results show that knowledge integration mediates the positive effect of cooperative response to task conflict on team performance. More interestingly, need for cognition and resource interdependence moderate the aforementioned mediating process in such a way that cooperative response increases team performance through knowledge integration only when need for cognition is high or when resource interdependence is high.
