執(zhí)教於堪薩斯城密蘇里大學(xué)偉德國(guó)際1946bv官網(wǎng)全球創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)業(yè)系,博士生課程導(dǎo)師,阿靈頓德州大學(xué)EMBA課程客座教授,達(dá)拉斯德州大學(xué)全球戰(zhàn)略管理博士,香港中文大學(xué)哲學(xué)碩士、中國(guó)人民大學(xué)學(xué)士,浙江宣平人。他對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理、國(guó)際企業(yè)與公司創(chuàng)新有深入的研究,共有21篇英文文章在西方管理學(xué)報(bào)上發(fā)表,其中一篇比較中美企業(yè)購(gòu)并的論文、一篇中國(guó)公司治理論文在國(guó)際頂尖的《戰(zhàn)略管理學(xué)報(bào)》(Strategic Management Journal)發(fā)表,戰(zhàn)略的制度觀論文在《偉德國(guó)際1946bv官網(wǎng)視野》(Academy of Management Perspectives)發(fā)表。孫黎博士著有12本獨(dú)立著作,5本第一作者著作;2本第二作者著作,是《亞洲管理科學(xué)與應(yīng)用學(xué)報(bào)》(Asian Journal of Management Science and Applications)、《全球商務(wù)研究學(xué)報(bào)》 (Journal of Global Commerce Research)編輯,是《偉德國(guó)際1946bv官網(wǎng)視野》(Academy of Management Perspectives),《國(guó)際企業(yè)研究學(xué)報(bào)》(Journal of International Business Studies)等學(xué)報(bào)與教科書(shū)的特約審稿人。

Microfinance is a social innovation to alleviate poverty by providing small, unsecured loans to local indigent entrepreneurs. Many borrowers use microfinance loans to seed their small entrepreneurial businesses. However, high interest rates charged by microfinance institutions (MFIs) are likely to increase the financial burden of those borrowers. In this study, we adopt an opportunity co-creation perspective to analyze the factors that affect microfinance interest rates. We argue that new opportunities in a social venture could be co-created by multiple stakeholders, including MFIs, the borrower community, women borrowers, governments, MFI managers, and employees. With 4,162 organization-year observations from 2003 to 2011 across 92 countries, which were collected from the Microfinance Information Exchange (MIX) and other data sources, our empirical results largely support our hypotheses on interest rate setting. Our opportunity co-creation perspective significantly extends the current understanding on microfinance and provides important managerial implications.
