          主講人簡介:
            Professor Xiaohui Liu received her PhD in International Economics from the University of Birmingham, UK). She has published widely, including the Journal of International Business Studies, Research Policy, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Management International Review, Journal of World Business, International Business Review, Manchester School, Management and Organization Review, International Review of Applied Economics and Applied Economics. Her research has been recognized with the best competitive paper awards from the Academy of International Business (UK) and International Association for Chinese Management. She co-organised the 19th Annual Conference of the Chinese Economic Association (UK) at Cambridge in April, 2008. Her research has been funded by the British Academy and the Leverhulme Trust. She is currently the Asia-Pacific Regional Editor of the International Journal of Emerging Market and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Chinese Economic and Business Studies and Organizations and Markets in Emerging Economies. She is secretary-general of the Chinese Economic Association (UK)

          內(nèi)容簡介:
            Explore the relationship between the international flow of human resources and knowledge spillovers through analyzing the sample data of Chinese SME on Human Mobility of overseas returnee. Eventually we reached that the international flow of human resources is an important path of knowledge spillover effects except for FDI.
