美國(guó)俄亥俄大學(xué)(Ohio University, United States)Tao Yuan副教授于6月11日在中心教學(xué)樓1326進(jìn)行了關(guān)于“Degradation-based Reliability Modeling and Burn-in Optimization”的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告,管理工程系趙先教授主持討論,管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院和機(jī)電學(xué)院的20余名師生參加了次學(xué)術(shù)交流。
Tao Yuan副教授介紹了以下前沿問(wèn)題:隨著工程技術(shù)的發(fā)展和工程產(chǎn)品可靠性的提高,傳統(tǒng)的可靠性評(píng)分析方法,即成敗型產(chǎn)品越來(lái)越少,反之,高可靠性產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。高可靠性產(chǎn)品重點(diǎn)應(yīng)用在航空航天領(lǐng)域、核工程和重大交通系統(tǒng)等涉及國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)安全和軍事安全的領(lǐng)域。因此,針對(duì)高可靠性產(chǎn)品的可靠性分析和可靠性數(shù)據(jù)的處理也越來(lái)越重要,其中高可靠性產(chǎn)品的退化分析是研究的前沿和熱點(diǎn)。Tao Yuan副教授針對(duì)高可靠性產(chǎn)品,應(yīng)用退化建模方法和可靠性數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析完成可靠性的評(píng)估工作。演講中,針對(duì)兩種類型的產(chǎn)品,提出兩類可靠性評(píng)估模型。一種模型是多任務(wù)期(多階段)的可靠性建模,即利用變點(diǎn)回歸模型擬合非線性退化現(xiàn)象,并給出退化軌跡。另一種模型是根據(jù)產(chǎn)品來(lái)源于不同的總體(母體)的這一現(xiàn)象提出混合高斯模型,利用貝葉斯統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法給出產(chǎn)品的退化軌跡。最后,給出基于退化的老煉優(yōu)化模型。學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告后,與會(huì)的老師、同學(xué)積極與Tao Yuan副教授交流了相關(guān)問(wèn)題。
主講人簡(jiǎn)介:
Dr. Tao Yuan is an Associate Professor in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Ohio University. He received the B.E. degree in thermal engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China; the M.S. degree in aerospace engineering, and the M.E. degree in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station. He received the Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His research interests are mainly in reliability modeling, statistical reliability data analysis, and reliability testing and characterization for micro-/nano-electronics and emerging engineering materials.
